These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Guy TikTok Monetization Assistant available at chatbot.itxaiguy.com (the "Service"), operated by AI Guy ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting access, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is an AI-powered chat assistant that answers questions about TikTok monetization, the TikTok Creator Rewards Program, account setup and related topics, based on a curated knowledge base maintained by us. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Access is granted per email address. You are responsible for keeping your access private and must not share it with others.
- Access is granted manually at our discretion. We may approve, decline, or withdraw access to any email address at any time.
3. Access
- The Service is free of charge. We do not sell subscriptions and we do not collect payments through this website.
- Access is granted manually to approved email addresses. There is no public sign-up.
- Access is personal to you and non-transferable. It may be withdrawn at any time, particularly if these Terms are breached.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell or redistribute access to the Service or its responses;
- attempt to extract, scrape or reverse-engineer the underlying knowledge base, prompts or software;
- use the Service to violate TikTok's terms, any law, or the rights of others;
- abuse, overload or interfere with the Service (fair-use limits apply, e.g. a cap on messages per hour).
We may suspend or withdraw access for violations of these Terms at any time.
5. No guarantee of results
The Service provides general information generated by an AI model. It is not financial, legal or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular earnings, TikTok program acceptance, views, or outcomes. Platform rules (including TikTok's) change frequently; always verify important decisions independently. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, knowledge base and branding are owned by AI Guy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal use while your access is active.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Guy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. As the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
