Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Guy ("we", "us") collects when you use the TikTok Monetization Assistant at chatbot.itxaiguy.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
1. Information we collect
Email address — used only to check whether your address is on our approved-access list.
Display name — a name you choose; shown only to you inside the app.
Chat messages — the questions you send are transmitted to our AI provider to generate answers (see section 3). Your chat history is stored only in your browser (local storage), not on our servers.
Unanswered questions — when the assistant cannot answer a question, the question text (without your email or name) may be saved so we can improve the knowledge base.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance.
2. How we use information
- To verify access and operate the Service
- To generate answers to your questions (via our AI provider)
- To improve the assistant's knowledge base
- To prevent abuse and keep the Service secure
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Service providers
- Groq (groq.com) — AI model inference. Your message text is sent to generate a response; it is not used to train models.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — hosting, security and data storage.
- Google Fonts — font delivery; your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
4. Data retention
- Approved email addresses are kept for as long as access is active.
- Chat history lives in your browser; clear it any time by signing out or clearing site data.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
6. Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The Service uses browser local storage to remember your login, display name, chat history and usage limits on your own device.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access records are stored in Cloudflare's encrypted infrastructure. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login email private.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. International transfers
Our providers (Cloudflare and Groq) may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you consent to this processing.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
